Q. How do you apply Ditto Balms solid perfume?
A. Push up and swipe onto pulse points. Please note the tubes are push-up only, so push up slowly.
Q. How long does Ditto Balms solid perfume last on the skin?
A. Most people get 4–6 hours per application, depending on skin type and activity. It’s easy to top up if you want a refresh.
Q. How long does one balm last?
A. With daily use it can last anything between 2-6 months depending on the amount you use. Since it’s concentrated, a little goes a long way.
Q. Do you test your solid perfumes on animals?
A. Ditto Balms is firmly against animal testing. That is why none of our products are tested on animals, none of our ingredients are tested on animals, none of our suppliers test on animals and we will never sell in places where it is mandatory to test on animals.
Q. How should I store my Ditto Balms solid perfume?
A. Keep the lid on and out of direct heat or sunlight. The balm can soften if it gets too warm, but it will firm up again as it cools. It is used best at room temperature.

Q. Why Solid?
I really think solid perfume is a no-brainer! It’s good for everyone, in all situations. To list just a few advantages: it lasts longer on the skin because it’s more concentrated; it’s easy to control without feeling overpowering; it uses a short, simple list of ingredients; it’s travel-friendly, leak-proof, and simple to reapply. Overall, it just feels more intentional than a spray.
Q. How long will it take from order to shipping?
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Shipping time depends on the option you choose: with 24-hour tracked delivery, your order should arrive within 24 hours of your confirmation email; with 48-hour tracked, it should arrive within 48 hours. Final shipping prices are shown at checkout.
Q. Are the tubes recyclable?
A: Yes. Our kraft tubes are recyclable once they’re emptied and wiped clean. If your local recycling accepts paperboard containers, you can place them in your paper recycling. If in doubt, check your local guidelines.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: For hygiene reasons, I can’t accept returns on opened products, but if there’s an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, I’m always here to help.
Q: Are Ditto Balms safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding?
A: Ditto Balms solid perfumes are formulated with ingredients that are generally considered safe for topical use during both pregnancy and breastfeeding. As with any scented product, we recommend avoiding application to the breast or nipple area while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please ask your Doctor before use.
